What is my username?

Your username is the email you first used to sign up to EmuPlus. If you have an account at wordinsong.com (our online training course), you can use the same login details for both sites.

Why can’t I access the Sheet Music Library?

The sheet music library is not available on our current plans, as we give you sheet music each month on EmuPlus TWO. If you signed up to an older plan and you think you should have access, please get in touch. If you are on an EmuPlus ONE plan you can always purchase sheet music from our store: emumusic.com.

I have lost the song/sheet music you sent me in a previous month.

Get in touch and we’ll sort you out. We recommend downloading your attachment as soon as you receive them!

When should I expect my next song?

We send out new songs at the beginning of every month

How do I change my payment details?

Simply login to My Account, find your current subscription, click View, and then Change Payment.
